Serve with a Purpose
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace. 1 Peter 4:10
God has uniquely gifted every believer to serve others and strengthen the body of Christ. Whether you’re helping behind the scenes, serving at a community outreach, welcoming guests, or using your talents in children’s ministry, there’s a place for you. Serving is a meaningful way to grow in your faith, build relationships, and make a lasting impact both inside the church and throughout the community.

Small acts of service can impact eternity…
Serving not only fulfills the Scriptural instruction to serve one another, but it’s also a great way to get to know people! Everyone is welcome to serve at our community outreaches and service days, so check the calendar to find out when the next one is coming!
Service opportunities are prearranged, so make sure to connect with the coordinator of that event beforehand.

While there’s a lot of heart in every ministry labor, some of these really center around heart-work:
Encouragers pour God’s love, grace, and truth into specific circumstances and people when it is needed! Encouragers are often found in Sunday School or youth ministry.
Did you know that within the first 7 minutes most people decide whether they will come back to a church? Greeters and Guest Connections ministry is SO important to the health of our church!
